Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Thank you for shopping with The Selfcare Hour. This policy explains how refunds work for the products we sell. Because everything we offer is digital — including downloadable resources, and online courses and workshops — please read this carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
Digital downloads
Our digital products (such as templates, checklists, logs and document packs) are delivered electronically and are available to access immediately after purchase. For this reason, all sales of digital downloads are final, and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except where a refund is required by law.
If you have not yet downloaded your purchase and believe you have bought it in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Problems accessing your files
We want you to be able to use what you’ve paid for. If your download link doesn’t work, the file appears to be corrupted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time of purchase and we will put it right — for example by sending you a working link or the correct file. Please reach out before requesting a refund or raising a payment dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly.
Courses and workshops
For any online courses, workshops or live sessions we offer in the future, the following will apply unless stated otherwise on the product itself:
Once you have been granted access to course materials or have begun a course, that purchase is non-refundable. For scheduled live workshops or sessions, you may cancel or reschedule up to a stated number of days before the start date to be eligible for a refund or credit; cancellations after that point, or non-attendance, are not refundable. Specific cancellation terms and timeframes will be shown on each course or workshop at the time of booking.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, certain rights may apply to digital content — including, in some cases, a right to cancel. However, this right to cancel does not generally apply once you have agreed to immediate access to a digital download and have started downloading it, which you confirm at the point of purchase.
