We love. We learn. We work. We mourn. We isolate. We laugh. We cry. We adapt. We pray. We change. We feel it all.

Who Am I

Hey you,

I’m Lauren. A psychotherapist specialising in attachment therapy. The emotions we carry, the memories we hold, the experiences that formed us — they all shape how we see ourselves and how we show up for others.

I realised that most of what we call anxiety, insecurity, or being “too much” isn’t a character flaw. It’s a very logical response to earlier experiences. You weren’t broken. You were adapting.

The question is – do you still need too?
